I've always liked the look and things I hear about the AEM v2. seems to be pretty serious for an intake. Plus I like the different size piping to allow air to flow in different ways to increase the flow.
Are aftermarket headers on the car a good idea? Right now I am def adding exhaust and an AEM intake.. Don't know what kind of exhaust yet. I can also consider headers - but how much are they ... I am goin to look into a SC however with a SC on the car is it everyday reliable still?
and a shop in NJ that specializes in s2000

There are quite a few people on this site who have SC and use them as daily drivers...I think its like an other modification...Drive it how its supposed to be driven and youll be fine. For exhaust some people recomended to me spugen. I love the look of the dual exhaust but it looks like you get more power from single. Each exhaust I looked at gives you different increases in power at different rpm range...looks like you have to be really careful to get one for what you want it for.
where can i see the hp increases in each band? What exhausts are out there.. can u give me a site with them? Pretty much am def goin with AEM v2 intake but looking to find the right exhaust.. if you can give me a site or anything it would be awesome. Thanks
If you are planning to drag race the car, save your $2500. Then save some more because you are GOING to break parts.
Typical drag racing S2000s break differntials and half-shafts. They have been known to burn up clutches too. This is what you will be spending your money on.
