Well I Can see A group Buy if There are some Gains On the Dyno....
)

Anyway, I have been collecting pictures of headers on my Computer and i have been Comparing the Headers visualy by Photos and The Megan One Doesnt look like any other-most closely to the 5Zigen and not comparing to the OBX or Cheap DC so no comment there..
As Far as The J's from the Picture i Got from Internet they are not in the same Design Park.Different.Can someone post a Picture of the J's before install...?I only have the Official Picture that can be found on any site.

Maybe members can shed some light on How Big Primates the other headers have and how big collectors, compared to this one.I have heard that the J's has Biggest around but didnt read how big actualy.

Also as far as the Price ---The Megan Parts for our car are most exspensive compared to Integras or Civic Headers which are 100-200$ so 400$ is double that. And 400$ is still Cheap.

Well I will be Installing a Comptech S/C this month and At the same time put Supersprint Exhaust and now I have a Megan test pipe and the only thing missing will be an aftermarket header....
Not that the S2000 needs one but it wont hurt to have one and have my mind of that...
I would get the Comptech header but I don't have a Grand in my pocket right now and would give the Megan a Shot...
And 1000$ plus is too much now for me since I am overspending now....And 1000$ for catback is only acceptable for the Sound the Exhausts would make and that's most important and that the only justification for those 1000$ spent....No power gain just Ear satisfaction.
Ps.
Just got mail From Megan ...they will dyno it next Week so hopefully we will have something to go on as a fact...

It would be best for you to use a 4 into 1 header rather than a 4-2-1 header for FI.
The 4 into 1 is a faster flow witch is better for a supper charged or turbo car.
The 4-2-1 is best for N/A cars

My son has a Megan muffler on his Prelude, it is a nice pice and sounds really good

This is the Comptech header best for your set up, or a like type header 4 into 1

Yeah...
I really want the Comptech one but its out of the question for now NEW.
I would buy it used...
And The J's is best from what i have heard Overall FI or not...
Has anyone measured the Copmtech Collector pipe?Or Runners?
The stock as i have info is 2.25" collector.

I wonder why it says that it's developed it's header for just the AP1. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't fit an AP2 as well.

If I'd seen this thread a week ago, I probably would have ordered one and had it dynoed for everyone to see. Oh well... I'll just wait til someone else does it and posts results now. If there are gains, at that $400 price those things will fly off the shelves.

They did not say it wouldnt fit the ap2, the flow characteristics of the ap2 are different than the ap1. basically it was developed with the 2.0 in mind.

well guys. i might just bite the bullet and be the guinea pig. I've been itching to do another mod and i've also wanted to dyno the car. might as well kill two birds with one stone.

Anyone care to comment on the design of the megan header? Any obvious flaws one might bring to light?
