Allright just installed the header and test pipe last night took about 2 hrs

DAMN THAT STOCK HEADER!!!! that thing is a pain to get out..ahh yes and the bolt on the heat shield that is attached to the car (not the header) ...the bolt closest to the firewall...yep....dosent have to come out all the way...... and drop on the ground and fall god knows where and cause various creative curses and cut fingers.........Reading manuals is for elitist sissys...phaaa reading...

you do have to jack your car up pretty high though ...I just raised the front. I also tried to put the stock shielding from the cat on the test pipe but the hole for the sensor dosen't line up....(just in case the policemen come a knockin) Im gonna get a spare and mod it to fit.

impressions: i have a mugen cat back on it and the combo sounds fantastic..Crisp is the word...not really that much louder than with the stock header cat combo.....just a little different...cleaner crisper....
I would totally reccomend it....

I didnt really notice any hp gains but then again unless you have a dyno in your tuccas I dont think a few hp gain in a car is going to be that noticeable..... a bike sure .....a car....i don't think so...(come on flame me I dare ya ou know you want to)....Sound can be deciving.....( watch a car chase with and without the sound on....the cars move way slower with out it) so just get the damn thing and like it.....
anyway when i go to the dyno ill let yall know...dont know when im gonna get time but it'll happen soon...

i have an ap2 with aem v2, megan header, catless and stock exhaust.
the first picture is the car catless and with different rear tire diameter. temperature was about 93.5 F and 42% humidity
max hp (stock tires) 201whp max hp (larger size 255/40/17) 199whp

this one is like it is know. header intake no cat and stock exhaust. 91.77 F and 50% humidity. max whp 204 max tq 146

in puerto rico the humidity and heat makes cars lose a few whp. right know i'm thinking in getting a T1R exhaust to see how it performs.
