Default New owner, just a quick question...

Which tire is the drive wheel on the S2K? Is it the drivers side or the passenger side? Also, I live in Chicago, anyone else? What tires do you use for the Chicago winters? I was thinking about taking the bus when the weather is really crappy...

Any new owner advice would be awesome. Also, I noticed when putting the car into 2nd gear, the shifter isn't as smooth as the other gears... any advice?

I have a New Formula Red 02... After reading this forum for a long time, I'm glad to finally own this car.

Anyone have a copy of the owners manual in an email format?

Thanks,
Den

Hmm, don't know for sure, but since we have a Limited Slip Diff, both will drive the car under slipping conditions, so kinda hard to tell.
Take a look at the Blizzak line of snow tires. WS50 for most aggressive traction in snow, LM22 for less traction but better dry road handling, REVO 1 if you believe the latest sales talk about it being the best for both.
Change your tranny and diff fluids and clutch fluid. This might clear up the shifting thing.

Both, as xviper said due to the LSD. However, no car has "one drive wheel". It's perceived that way because of unequal half-shafts/axles, which results in torque steer. Thus, the pulling to one side and perceived "one drive wheel".
