This is the only ETD that works for the North Americans S2000. here are some comparisons:
J's ETD = AC line will be resting on Damper (AC line may leak in due time) & need to remove the L-bracket on car.
Spoon ETD = No fuse box mount & need to remove the L-bracket on car
NRG ETD = also No fuse box mount & need to remove the L-bracket on car but will work with Puddymod bracket . Puddymod bracket can be sold separately. PM me for details.
now, check out the Puddymod ETD :
Puddymod Engine Torque Damper (ETD) is NOW EXCLUSIVE TO S2X, PM me for details
Thanks Sam for sponsoring this device
Take note to the shadow cast on the damper. It is the A/C line shadow
That lets you guys know that the damper will clear the A/C line. No more rubbing and no more yanking off the fuse box bracket to add an ETD
I will be talking to Sam about adding another PuddyMod to his list of products for the S2000
The air control valve cover for you guys running FI or stand alone EMS
Can you scan the shifter plate? The DIY adept among us could probably duplicate the work. With a good template and hobby shop sheet metal, the plate could be done for under $30. Don't know if it would look as good, but it might be worth the effort of trying. Is the shaft OEM or is that custom too?
