Default new rotor claening before install

when you get new rotors it says to clean them before installing them. what do you use to clean them regular soap and water or something eles?

You use "brake cleaner". It comes in a spray can. Spray it on, wipe it off, then DON'T touch the brake surface with your fingers again.

Look for "non-chorinated" Brake cleaner. It dries quickly and doesn't leave a residue like clorinated cleaners.
