Default New S2000 '07

Hello.

I am on my 3rd S2000, just got the '07 a week ago.

I have owned a 2001, 2004 and now the 2007.

I really like the S2000, but the '07, I feel that it has lost a lot of the edge the car once had.

I know it might seem a little silly but my two biggest problems with the '07 is the seat height, and throttle response.

Does anyone know if the '04 seat rails will fit the '07 seats? I feel like that I am riding to high in the car with the new seats.

Is there a way to "tighten" up the accelerator?

And finally does anyone know how to disable the VSA, without having to turn it off everytime the car is started?

Thanks for any help, information that you guys might have...

the only way to disable VSA is just how you described it. And the only way you can adjust any throttle related things is maybe a Hondata reflash or AEM EMS. 06+ is drive by wire so no throttle cable =(

When pressing on the gas pedal it seems like there is 1/2 inch of movement before there is any response from the car.

I understand that it is "drive by wire" but to me it seems it would be a quicker response time.

if you go under there you might see some kind of adjuster bolt or something. i think you should just get under there and try to figure it out. if you have the Honda shop manual it will tell you how to adjust the pedal as well.

LOL, I thought there was no cable. It's pretty much the same. They just made it more fancy.
