Default Window Tinting (15% vs 20% Formula One)

Does anyone have any experience with "Pinnacle Series" tint by Formula One? The clear-bra installer has this tint available but it only comes in either 35% or 15%. I would prefer to have him do the clearbra and tint at the same time.

I had 20% on another car and I liked it. It was dark enough that you couldn't really see detail inside, but if I made a hand gesture (for example, to wave a pedestrian by), they could make that out. 35% is too light for me, as I do like to have privacy when I am driving.

Does anyone know how the 15% will compare to the 20%? Is it so dark that nobody can see inside the car from outside? Is there a big difference or would it be almost the same?

It also looks like Formula one makes a "premier series" tint that does 20%, but according to the shop it is much "cheaper". For the $50 I will save I figure I might as well go with the best film they have available.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
