New SSR wheels....
Hennessey, I think those tire sizes are good. Aren't they the ones recommended by Mugen.
How do these wheel offsets compare with the Mugen MF-10's. I'm going to spec them as close as possible because I know the Mugen ones are optimal. So, I may also get 17x7.5 and 17x8.5 instead of the 17x8 and 17x9 sizes.
Also, I want to get Bridgestone RE-01's but need to find someone who can ship me a set from Japan . . .

Ok here is the scoop I got from the owner and SSR distributor for the west coast. He told me that the SSR SP1 are spun forged and the center is cast. The 18 inch application is about the same in weight as the OEM 16 inch wheel. Also, Tirerack is going through them on bringing the wheels in so they wont actually have them in stock till December-January. But if you guys want to get them lets say in 3 weeks to 4 weeks you can still go through the shop here.
Mugens only come in 17" not 16". Spoon only come in 16".
I can live with a cast center and a forged exterior. Those wheels are smoking hot. I'm getting the black centers with the polished lip for my black S2000!!
