See, now THAT would be great. A genunine Honda turbo or SC kit that is guaranteed to work well and have the right ECU programming. Just like Toyota does.

If they were to release a turbo version of the S2000 (which I kinda doubt), they should at least offer an upgrade kit for the others.

Wild speculation at best.

Where did you hear/see this? Do you have any links? I'd like to see it! I didn't even know Honda made PWC (but it doesn't surprise me) and I assume they aren't importing them to the US.

I was at Ed Napleton Honda here in the St. Louis area looking at the S2000. One of the sale person jumped in our conversation to mention that 2004 will "definately" be the last year Honda will produce the S2000. I asked why Honda would discontinue a car that's selling so well, he said Honda is only producing the S2000 to show off what they can do. I know we've heard this before but any truth to it this time?

I highly doubt it.

I am friends with the general manager of a local Honda dealership. Back when the S first came out, she told me that it would only be in production for 2 years. We can already see how wrong that was. I see Honda doing at least a 5-year cycle...much like they did with the del Sol. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go longer.

No worries, just making sure I didn't miss anything.
