ive yet to see a NFR with faded paint. any paint that has lightened up has been caused by swirls, scraches, acid rain etching, and things of that sort. all those things are fixable through polishing. in short - dont let the idea of fading ruin your judgement.

that being said IMO no S looks good when dirty. of course colors that hide dirt and defects the best also give you least sex appeal when they're clean - metallic colors and silver. white also hides paint defects very well though can get dirty easily.

NFR is surely beautiful.... but harder live with day in day out than other colors. black is hard to keep clean - but NOTHING shines like black paint when it's perfect. BB also can be more low-key looking and won't grab as much attention. Rio/Spa/NFR can almost come off cocky in some peoples eyes.

any color you get - it's about maintenance. your paint isn't going to fade as in a single stage paint (NFR's pigmented clear-coat is a PITA to polish imo though) as S' have a layer of soft clear. any color can be brought back through proper polishing/detailing (check out the Wash & Wax forums for some of the details done), but if you're not commited to caring for your paint - it'll end up looking faded/dull no matter what color u have.

oh...and i agree- be picky in your color so dont regret it later
