No Fifth Gear

Well I got my car back yesterday. Heres a list of what had to be replaced.
1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th gear, the 5th and 6th gear sleeve, and the 1st and 2nd gear sleeve.
The transmission works excellent now. My only complaint is that when the car is stopped and in neutral, I hear this sorta ticking noise that goes away when I push the clutch in, but comes back when I let it out.
