Last week (?) I queried H&A about a problem--wanted to place an order for an item that wasn't specifically mentioned on their web site--and when they didn't respond I went to another source.

I just recently ordered a bunch of oil filters, drain plug washers, and a "pull-n-go" S2000 through their website. Everything except the little car showed up two days later. The car was back-ordered and showed up about two days after everything else.

They are great! Order all of your Honda parts and accessories from them!

 

Don't get me wrong, I have ordered from them several times in the past without any trouble - in fact, I had very positive experiences.

My most recent order was for Side Strakes, which were received promptly; however, a piece of hardware was missing. My subsequent emails reiterated the missing hardware as well as inquired about replacement carpeting.

 

I thought it was, but I can't find him anymore. Does anyone know his username???

Thanks Paul. I just received an email from Trevor. He is overnighting the missing hardware, and he gave me the pricing for the S2K carpeting (It comes in 2 separate pieces, $161.48/ea).

 

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have since received an email response from Trevor who indicated that he was going to overnight my missing hardware for the side strakes.

I received the hardware today as well as a complimentary S2K keychain (sweet!) Thanks H and A.
