No0b right here, help
So finally after 4 years of paying off a school loan and saving money I finally bought the s2k of my dreams... I live in Texas an well here we gotta install a damn front license plate but I don't wanna make holes on the front bumper and also I don't wanna just hang it on the front with zip ties or put it on my dashboard... So I was wondering if there's like a special bracket that I can install where the tow hook goes

The front bumper already has holes in it - just pop out the plastic caps, get an OEM license plate bracket and screw it in place.

Just be sure the bolts you use to mount the plate to the bracket aren't any longer than they have to be or else they'll dig into the paint on the nose...
...unless if someone bondo-ed over the holes while repainting the bumper. If you have a totally smooth bumper, without the two little oval bumper covers that cover the bumper mount holes, this could be what you're dealing with.
In that case, you might consider using some 3M mounting tape to mount an oem license plate bracket to the bumper. Should be possible to use enough of it to make it secure.
Other option would be remove bumper (not all that hard to do), you'll see the nuts on the back, drill out from back with small bit through the nuts, to drill out most of the bondo. Then use a sharp pick to get the rest. Then chase the threads with a tap.
