noise from under hood please help!

Oh and by the way you will know if you have "black death" on one of your pistons.
WHICH I"M SURE YOU DONT
The car will idle like sh*t and will aslo smoke (due to rings not sealing)
This is why it is important to warm up your car before 9K blasts. I always wait till I see 3 bars before I get on it. Rapid expansion of the piston due to sudden heat in the cylinder cause the pistons to over expand and rub the cylinder wall. Hence "black death"
That pic looked like the cylinder leaned out (burnt plug) I use to see that on Nitrous civic engines that leaned out..

yeah im sure its not a black death. and as i thought earlier, i thought it was a heatshield rattling like the infamous heat shield rattle on the integras. can we just take of the heatshield or provide "cushion" type material on the surface which is getting contact to cause the noise? the noise im hearing from my car is exactly a metal plate rattling. im not sure if this is a clutch buzz everyone talks about or the heatshield. to me it sounds more like a heatshield problem. are there any known solution to this problem? thanks for the help.
