Is this normal? CEL upon start up

^^That. Mine came with one when I bought it CPO. Funny thing was, I took it out and put it in my garage, then went back to Honda a few days later to replace my top latch and they ended up putting another one in my trunk!

Yea it does look like it was shaved so likely the bumper was resprayed. All S2000s have the two holes up front, correct?
I think I see a little bit of chiping under the plate too. Perhaps bad paint work.

I'll be looking in that compoartment when I actually get the car
I'm in the market right now but I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on one. After a looong time spent looking at these.
