Most of the major interstates along the Eastern US are 70mph but there are times when it lowers down to 55 (Lumberton, NC for example). Other highways are ussually 55 unless they go through a town then they dramatically decrese.

I always try to keep it under 100.

My engine seems to have stopped burning oil during normal driving, which includes daily trips to VTEC land. The only time that I see oil consumption now is during a VERY spirited drive where almost all of the time driving is spent in the VTEC RPM range. It's very difficult to tell you how much is consumed per mile, since it is all so variable. I will say this, the amount of oil consumed is very small and I have to spend a lot of time in the VTEC range (1 to 2 hours) before I see any appreciable oil consumption.

My gas mileage has been around 20-22 mpg. I enter Vtec, EVERYTIME i start the car for some reason, i dunno maybe its cause i still just got the car? City driving, i tend to shift around 3-4k, but it ocassionaly goes to 7-9k just for kicks

I shift around 4 - 5K when I'm just driving around. I get 20 - 25 mpg driving this way.
