Oversteer is not really a "problem" it's more of a handling "characteristic".
Do yourself a favor and do NOT put crap tires on this car. Mismatching front and rear tires can be a recipe for disaster as well.

The car feels awesome now with just stock AP1 wheels and Fuzion ZRI tires. I am sure with the S02's would feel even better, but still leaps and bounds better than before. Going to get an alignment soon and hopefully will improve it even more. No longer feels scary going around a turn. Before even going 60 mph around a wide turn I was fearful of it spinning out.

Yeah a little bit of a drop would be nice I think. The 17's filled the wheel gap a little better. With the 16's now looks a little funny. I think the Eibach Pro Kit should be good to go with.

How are they with stock shocks and any other adjustments needed? Whats the drop with those again? Harsh ride afterwards? Shocks get worn out quick? bumps feel like you have no shocks? Any tire wear problems?

Since your current shocks are probably really old, I wouldn't put any lowering springs on.

Save up to do it once, and do it right.

Well my car feels much much better now. I found out that my front sway bar was not connected as the drivers side end link had snapped in half.
My car is 100X's better now. Feels awesome. Actually feels planted now. Before was always really scary taking turns. Felt like it was going to slide out at any minute.
