Default North American S2000 Colors?

Hi all,

So here's my first post to S2KI....I'm getting ready to join your ranks as an S2000 owner, and as I ponder the upcoming purchase, I need to know something:

What colors were available in what years? In Canada? In the USA?

I haven't been able to find a matrix (no, not the car!) out there showing a list of what exterior colors were available in what years, so I'm trying to compile one!

I'm hoping to find info for both the US and Canada....

Sooo....if you want to post what you know about the color choices, I'll collate them all together and make it available to any other people in my situation....

Maybe after that I'll expand it to cover the rest of the world, but for now I'm only really interested in the US and Canadian options...

Thanks all,
Cheers,
crxrex

I think he's looking for what specific colour was available when.

Canada:

'00 - Berlina, NFR, Silverstone
'01 - Berlina, NFR, Silverstone, Spa Yellow
'02 - Berlina, NFR, Sebring, Suzuka
'03 - Berlina, NFR, Sebring, GPW
'04 - Berlina, NFR, Solar Yellow, GPW
'05 - same as '04

It was Spa Yellow Pearl in the US on 03 and older. In 04, this color got changed to Rio Yellow Pearl. Rio is a little darker to my eye, and has more pearl effect in the paint.

From what I remember, the rest of your list is correct.

For 2000, we had available to us:

Berlina black
New Formula Red
Grand Prix White
Silverstone Metallic
