Default NOS vs. Boost

Comming from a supra tt which had 500+ horse power, i'm in the need for more hp from the s2000. Im considering all the options, ie. turbo, supercharger, and Nitrous. Have never been much of a fan of Nitrous, and know very little about it. However, with only one supercharger out, and know proven turbos out, i am leaning towards Nitrous. I was curious if someone here can explain to me the differences between forced induction via turbo or supercharger and running NOS. Basicly, how they effect compression ratios, engine parts, and so on. More or less, i am looking for addvantages and disadvantages of both with a technical point of view, and not so much as to what gives better performance or easier to use, ie. not looking for answers like boost lag, not having to fill the bottle, and so on. Thank you
Sam

Since no one has replied, you might want to post this question in the Under the Hood section. There are a ton of people there that have a lot of knowledge.
