[QUOTE=S2KMark,May 21 2007, 04:13 PM]I love the Imola Orange and the new style wheels, but it's just not the same.

Its my car and I like it and in the end thats all that matters

BTW - RED_MX5 I liked your last post regarding the constant threads about AP1 over AP2 its a shame it turned into giant rants about the verbage and/or opinions
I really wish people would quit seeing preferences for this or that as attacks on their possessions or thinking. The F22C is as cool as the F20C, but it's cool in different ways; I don't see the big deal in that, and I honestly think I know about and understand most (if not all) of the changes made to the US spec engine. To me, the changes are every bit as impressive as the original engine, some of them being quite amazing in what they accomplish, so I just don't understand any of the bashing on either side.

Get the Hondata stock re-flash I did and love it. My redline is now 8500 and my Vtec is 5600, the extra torque is great when driving in the twisties and the car just seems way quicker.Feels like a different car in a real good way.I love this car its more fun than my 335i!

I like the head lights, tail lights, wheel size, and Laguna Blue of the AP2's and that's about it.

I had an '01 Silverstone for 3 years 8 months, and then got an '05 Suzuka. Husband kept the '01. I was very disappointed in my '05 for about 6 months. What made me finally love the car was taking it in for an alignment. It was so far off from the factory that it handled much better after I got it aligned and then I loved it. I got used to the 8K rev, and the softer feel of everything else. Last week I drove the '01 again to go get tires on it, and I really don't miss it. Give yourself some time to get used to the new one.

Sounds like buyer's remorse more than anything. Just go out, drop the top, and let the VTEC sing, and then when you get stuck in traffic, rethink your preferences.
