I am trying to find a NSX-R horn button for the momo tuner wheel. There are two part numbers both of which are made in Japan.

78514-SL0-Z01ZA Made in Japan
78514-SL0-R01 Made in Japan

Where is the difference and will either one fit the momo tuner wheel?

The top part# is for NA1 type-r and the bottom is for NA2 type-r. They both will fit Momo steering wheels. The difference is in their colors. NA1 has a gold hue to it while the NA2 is more of a darker graphite color.
