Hm, the car indead feel alot less tossable. I thought think the feeling of targa is very close to the s2000 convertible.

I noticed the Judder thing when I drove it, but it was a 99 and the dealership didnt know anything about it. So...is it normal?

What year should i get, I heard on 2002 they made the suspension parts stronger, is it true?
What is your budget? If you can pick up a '02 than you are more than likely going to pay at least $70k. Most of what I have seen are around $80k. There are a lot of choices out there for that kind of money. But you can't go wrong with a NSX.

Yeah, of you are in the $70K+ range. Go for a Corvette Z06. The 2004 Commerative Edition has a revised suspension and 405HP!

Now my reaction was totally different. After owning the S over a year, I test drove a used NSX for not too much more money.

Yuck.

Well, the car is amazing, handles like it's on rails, all that. But it's almost TOO civilized. Where's the fun?

When I got back into my S, the grin hit my face! Between the two, the acceleration of the S is much more exhilerating.

Therefore, I vastly prefer the S as that thrill doesn't exist in an NSX.

Enjoy,

Randy

i had a chioce of getting a used nsx(the 3.0 liter, 5-spd versions) or a brand new s2000(almost the same price). the nsx is definately quicker and you can feel the torque, but the s2000 just fits me better and i always had a thing for small displacement 4-cylinders(high output).

I absolutely LOVE to drive my friend's '95-T NSX. I'd much rather be driving the NSX everyday, than the S2000. However, the S2000 takes care of my needs just fine .

The NSX is definitely my next car.

p.s. RL7, if you remember my friend when we (me, you, pierceman, back-cracker..) all had breakfast in Newport, he's the NSX owner.
