Looking at a myo6 silver with hardtop. Been told it is o.e.m. top Does anyone know if it has a vin tag like all the other parts?
How do i verify it is oem top?

Check the bottom left of the rear window, should have Honda stamped in the glass.

Does it have a headliner?

 

I don't know if it has a headliner won't actually see the car until Sunday 11/9/14. Should it have a headliner?

Oem hardtops have headliners and defroster.

Thanks for the response...Im thinking I would like the headliner.
I am going to post 2 other concerns I have before going sunday to see the vehicle. you may know these answers also
1. has an ingen cold air intake.......good or bad or even why?
2. it has some sort of hondata chip in it...same deal good or bad and why?

1. insignificant concern.. can you get the original air box.. if not, also insignificant enough.. everybody has some air delivery system they like an why... CAI's are good, they make noise it's cool..

2. it's an 06.. they have a ECU which is for lack of a better word, chipped, programmable, re-programmable.. updateable... something you pretty much want... comes that way anyway.. and could mean it has been upgraded to what you do want.. means it's tunable..

 

Thanks Guess I wont worry about it. The car just passed emmisions inspection last month after failing in august

 

I will be able to check for the honda on rear window and headliner. will not see the car until tomorrow.
