Default OBD code puller

Does some of you dried this type device to pull the codes out of the OBD-2 connector?

It may not be cheaper but buy a code reader that tells you what the code is. I payed 130 dollars for mine. You can pull codes, read them, and clear them. I also purchased from an auto parts store, meaning I could take it back for waranty if I needed to.

That looks like a terribly basic device, and I am not even sure it will work on later model S2000 with CAN system. I would stay away from it, but that is just my personal feeling.

I paid 40$ CAD for mine and it serves its purpose no problem. Read code (damn gas cap so far) and even clears it - no more fuse pulling and re-learning.
