me also I think all the insurance company has that OBD scanner.

Go on modifry and buy the vtec counter.

This seems like a dumb idea though. I'm not spending $100 a day renting a S2000 if I cant rev it. That makes the car pretty much terrible. If you care, then don't post it up for rent.

Go the extra mile and put in a Compustar Alarm with drone app? It will send you notifications of when the car speeds and the location of the vehicle at all times ? Just a suggestion Plus you can shut the car down if he doesn’t pay for the next day?

This is just stupid, even if you get someone to pay 100 buxs a day for the thing and you limit the revs, your clutch will pay the price and so will leather from leaving the top down in the sun always, also people may smoke causing burn holes to the roof and leather, even if you say dont do it people will... You deserve whatever damage comes your way on this one. Revs are just a small part of things to worry about on this.
