I think he's kidding too, I doubt he really took the time to contact "Consumer Product Safety Division's Finger Protection Division.
I tried getting in touch with them once, and they are not easy people to reach. As it turns out they have absolutley no interest in the welfare of toes, oh well.
BTW I like the avatar, we have owls here, not like yours though I don't recognize him. We have horned owls, I am told normally they are the only animal that will hunt a skunk.
