Was wondering if octane booster is save to use in the S2000 anybody have any experience good or bad with it? Was going to try the brand (NoS octane booster) to bring octane up to the 94 to 96 octane rating that's what my local speed shop said is desirable for 11to1 compression ratio.

 

Get some race gas, don't mess with additives.

Does anyone have a recipe for the ratio of 100 octane to 91 octane to make a full tank of say 94-95? Aw hell...I think it's probably just 50/50 now that I see the numbers.

 

additives just foul your plugs up quicker.

 

higher octane doesnt too much. im sure there are benefits, but not at the price tag. if your car was boosted, another story...after D1, i put some extra race fuel in my car. didnt really feel a difference. save your money for something else. like a supercharger!

btw...it was 105 octane. $$$ as hell. but then again, race spec cars need that stuff.
