Can anybody direct me to a place or site where I can get instructions on how to do this installation? Very fustrating just to have it sitting in my garage.

Here's a "real world" installation:

Thanks everybody. That real world install is very helpful. I had checked the H and A site and there's supposed to be a new set of springs that need to be installed along with the OEM wing...? I bought it used from another member and was the wing itself with the nuts, bolts and washers, no springs, so I think the Real World install is the way to go for me.

Thanks again.

Let's clarify the terminology. Do you mean the OEM "lip", as shown in my thread or do you mean the OEM "wing", which came in '04?
About the extra heavy duty trunk springs: these are supplied by Honda as part of the rear lip/wing kit. Most owners do not install the springs. They are not necessary because the added part is not so heavy as to prevent the trunk from "popping" when unlocked and I believe that this was the only reason that Honda supplied them - to make the owner feel better about having a heavier trunk lid. Besides, putting them on requires a special spring tool or VERY careful use of a large set of pliars. In either case, messing with the HD springs can be a dangerous excercise.

OK, I have a "real world" DIY thread for that one, too:
