The Official S2000 CR Owners Thread
To all CR owner, I'm sourcing for a convertible interior cover for my CR.
Any recommendation from anyone who has used one successfully?
On my research, I found a few for the regular S2k such as,

My concern is will it fit our CR?

Hey oc rat, i see ure still fighting the good fight looking for a cockpit cover. I assume ure looking for one so that you can take the car out w/o the top and u just dont want to leave an open car, correct? This is the reason why i was looking for one. However I have yet been able to get a positive confirmation as to whether the regular s2k interior convertible cover would fit a cr. The reason why i say this, is the pictures i have seen on a regular s2k seem pretty tight, and because we have a tonneau cover, it would add to the "height" of the cover, so it may not cover properly. I contacted covercraft, however they said their database only shows up to 2006 and the person i talked to did not seem to understand what a CR model was. Hopefully somebody else can chime in

My guess is on the street - no track days - you might get 7 to 10k miles out of them (if your not an aggressive driver).
If you do any serious road course tracking, plan on replacing them after each 2 day event.

The wear on the rears is up to the first wear marker. Got a bit of meat left before the second.
Im now running a second set of wheels for daily
2 track days AND daily? They look good - which means your not going fast enough at your track events
- get those lap times up, the car is very capable
Mine looked worse than that after the first half of the first day

I would really like to go out with the top off and be able to use such a device.
I do carry new clean tarp in my trunk for emergency situations JUST IN CASE - but I would prefer a solution that is designed to be used on the car.
Anyone willing to take a chance with this one and try it out for the rest of us?
