I always found it odd that there is no real street tire class for cars that can't carry 4 tires (ie S2000) but there is for cars that can (Evo, Sti).

Milwaukee region has a class for RWD-Street tire, AWD-Street tire and FWD street tire also.
I kinda like it for a big club like milwaukee SCCA. I've never really understood why R-Compounds are allowed in stock classes but not in street touring classes.
