I'm sorry, but what sort of a son of a dim moron and a particularly slow retard would attempt to jack the car by the wheel well?

I was about to insult amoebae, but PC and all that!

Did they damage the oil drain plug when they hammered it off to put the oil in?

No wonder you Americans slag off US Honda dealerships if that experience is representative.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. You must be pretty stoopid to try to jack up the car using that point.
