5500 mi so far, with to noticable oil consumed.

First oil change at 3750 mi (dino juice). Will probably switch to Mobil1 at next change.

Lots of VTEC every day, one Auto-X, one track day.

Mine hasn't used much oil at all. I change the oil every 3,000 miles with non-synthetic oil. Since I change it so regularly, it doesn't really make sense for me to use synthetic.
