For me it was the love for Honda 2-seaters... my first 2-seater was a 89CRX, then a 94del Sol, now I own an S2000, and I hope in 5yrs to own the next notch on the Honda 2-seater ladder... an NSX

Gotta work my up the food chain,,!

I bought it to impress one person - ME! (it did that)
Must say - I've met the nicest people (men, women & kids) since I got the machine - complete strangers started waving & talking to me at stoplights lights and in parking lots, acting like they have known me for years. If I WERE trolling for tuna I'd have gotten some by now.....

One word - performance

and same as koala

I honestly get more looks in this car from males. Mind you, everyone looks at me in this car, probably think I'm a drug dealer. I'm 18 but I look younger, so that can't be good.

I have gotten more babes and more panties to drop in my winter beater than my S2000. Got a Saab 1997 900SE 2.0 Turbo with 187,000 miles on it. Perhaps I paid $30,000 to much($34k S2000-$3k for beater). Irony is a bitch ain't it.

I was looking for a modern british sports car. The S is what the Lotus Elan should have been. Except it should have been at least 500 pounds lighter.

As for women, I'm married to my wife and divorced from my hair. You can only expect so much from a car.

Hi there! Good taste in cars! Here are a couple observations from someone who has them both (S2000 and NSX):

1.) Most people have NO IDEA what an S2000 is....though many females find it attractive.

2.) Most people have NO IDEA what an NSX is........though many females find it attractive.

Common comments for my cars:

"That's a nice Corvette!" (for the NSX)

"That's a BMW, right?" (for the S2000)

Moral of the story...these cars are not for flash or to impress for the most part, just for fun. If you only bought it to pick up a member of the opposite sex....you should have just saved up and bought a Ferrari. Good luck on your NSX search! Lemme know if I can help.

Well, it could be a bit off topic.

I've done an experiment with a girl who didn't really know much about cars... I bet she would believe a NSX was a Ferrari.

You guess what... her answer was, "Ferrari has a horse mark..."
