Just finished dismantling my first S2k... I did it to get money back and got quite an education. It's been great. I wouldn't do it again though. Find some one that will buy it whole... as is. Be done.

 

Since you mentioned the motor and transmission are fine, I would try to market the car on craigslist or something similar as a parts car. Sadly, based on the pictures, it is highly unlikely anyone would take the time, effort, and money to properly restore this car back to its former glory.
