Ordered my second S2000
I don't think your S2000 will be very happy in the UAE. Better ship it back to the Netherlands. If you need someone to babysit, please don't hesitate to contact me. Have fun with your car over there. At least it won't be rain or cold (as is the case here) that'll stop you from riding top-down.
Congrats S2000NL!!! I was very sorry to hear of your loss only days after meeting with you and your wife. Glad to see you are back among us!
One thing you may have trouble with is accessing this site on the Internet. It has been banned over there according to one member. Appearently it's a bit too risque
??
Best of luck with your new gig and say hello to your wife from Kathrene and I.
Cheers,

cthree,
Thanks, and greetings to you and Katheren. It was sad losing the first S2000, but that taught me a big lesson. Next time i will make sure my tyres are renewed well below the 10000Km. It was for sure the combination of heavy rain and worn tyres that contributed to the accident.
It's strange the way things happen, we were all set for the USA in September, and all of sudden the offer to the UAE comes up.
It was too good to pass. I'll be doing sales, promotion and training for an American software company, covering the whole of the Mideast. Plenty of top down mileage

It will be sad not to be able to access this site from over there. I wonder why its too risky,
what have you done to upset them??? Maybe i'll organise a petition
I'll try and find a way, its too valuable to keep in touch with so many nice and knowledgable people on this site.
By the way, i never asked before, what about the pictures you took when you were here, did they turn out alright? can you please email me copies if you still have them.
