What if he spilled his coffee and lost control as he tried to clean it up? What if a cute little squirrel ran across the road and he didn't want to run it over? What if one of his tires blew out and he lost control trying to slow it down? What if he was a she and she had one of those remote control vibrators, and at that exact instance, the person at the other end turned it on, sending her into orgasm, causing her whole body to spasm and gyrate uncontrollably?
