Guess that your assuming that no other car was involved. Ever stop to think that maybe, just maybe someone cut him off, or swerved in front of him, crossed the centerline? Could be that he lost control trying to miss another car, or someone/something that ran out in front of him. We will never know and shouldn't assume anything.
