over 100mph, my s2000 feels like its floating

those reverse flaps make a world of difference. my cousins '01 gpw s2k doesnt have them, and when i drove his before i bought mine, his would have that "floating" sensation when you go fast.

my 03 stays planted to the ground...

WOW dude if you feel unstable at 100 I'd check it out. My new 2003 Less then 3000 miles feels very stable at 113 (the fastest I've taken it yet).

This sounds like a tire/pressure or alignment issue (or the flappy things) to me. My car at 110 feels the same as it does at 70, solid as a rock. I've driven an '02 Viper at 100mph and it felt much more floaty than my car. I was quite surprised but it also probably had a tire pressure issue or something knowing the "owner" (17 yo kid).

My '03 has that same light feeling described above. Would the OEM lip help at all?
