$300. BTW, this is not a seperate piece, even though it looks like it is. It's molded into the bumper, and to do the job right, the bumper has to be removed for the painting.

The whole bumper doesnt need to be painted does it?

In regards to the $300....is that for the bumper or exhaust ( I was asking about the exhaust...)

It DOES in fact. Unless you are good at stenciling.

That exhaust is expensive. On the order of a Mugen exhaust. Some member had a used one for sale for $800.

Hey Rick, I actually got to see your car in person this morning at a Honda dealership in VA. I was there to get an oil change for my sebring.
The painted lower bumper did look nice. I also liked how you modified your grille trim.

Peace.

im not very enlightened in the art of bodywork, but couldnt you just very carefully tapeoff the rest of the bumper, and paint away? (of course after removing the bumper from the car)

Wow, I did that to my car about 2 years ago. I have seen a few since then. It does look a lot better with it painted IMO.

I believe the biggest issue would be paint matching. Of course, there's a chance of that "issue" with the rest of the car.

Also, I know that you'd be better of simply paying to have the whole rear bumper painted because of paint mixtures. I don't think they (the body shops) can simply prepare a small application of paint. Not 100% sure on this but it's what I've heard here and there.
