Painted stock wheels / Painted SSR Integral's?

In the Jan Super Street, the cover car is a red civic, but it has SSR Integral's that are painted black. It looks pretty decent.
Anyone paint/powdercoat their wheels cept for the Reverend???

In japan, 50% of sport cars (Nissan Skylines, rx7's, porsches, BMW's...) have black wheels...
