January edition of Sport Compact Car has a blurb on a new supersprint exhaust for the S2k. claims 50 state legal and 8% increase in HP and 15% increase in torque.

My (very poor) math makes this out to be an increase of over 19 HP and torque of almost 23 ft.-lbs.

Does anyone have any real world data or experience with the product or company? I've contacted supersprint but have not heard back from them.

Seen it, like those tips, dont think they could get that much more than the other aftermarket exausts, gains yes but not quite that much.

yeah... my immediate thought was either typo (8HP instead of 8% and 15lbs.-ft instead of 15% for the increases) or bulls**t.

we'll see what (if) they say.

I'm thinking those numbers are a little too optimistic. As a side note SuperSprint was one of the few to produce and E36M3 exhaust that did not lose power.
