Default Part name

What is the part that is underneath the gas pedal (a bit towards the right)? It is a plastic looking piece from the pictures on ebay that holds the carpet down I think. It has two screws that hold it down. I think I need the part and the nuts that will hold it in place. Mine is missing that part. I'm trying to make my car whole.

Thanks!

I think it's this part no. 17818-S2A-A01 STOPPER, ACCELERATOR STROKE and has the 17819-S2A-A01 CAP, ACCELERATOR STROKE STOPPER. Could someone verify that? I'm not sure if those are the only parts I need. I found it at Honda
site.
