I can't figure out where this part came from. When I got home from work and got out of the car, I noticed this black molded plastic part about 1 1'4" C 1 1/2" and kind of shaped like a horse shoe on my seat. Has the # S2A inside. Sorry don't have the means to show you. Any help would be welcomed. It seemed to have come from...no where. Thanks.

It's from the back of the rearview mirror on the windshield. Puzzled me for awhile too. (:

Holy crap I found the same piece floating on the floor, never got to ask about it. Gotta love it here...

 

That same piece wound up in my lap as I was taking a sharp turn. I had just read a post regarding the pieces falling off so, thanks to s2ki, I knew exactly what it was. Otherwise, I would've thought it fell from the sky.
