There is some large white scuff marks behind the seat on a black interior from wear because the previous owner had the seat back touching the rear wind blocker thing.... Ive tried cleaning it off with leather cleaner but it didnt work... does anyone know a good way of making this black again?

Bummer. Get a Sharpie, maybe.

 

Try a product like Mother's Back-to-Black. You'll definitely need multiple applications and probably also have to do them periodically to get the best results.

And BTW, the part you are referring to is the roll hoop.
