No instructions came with, and your site is down guess i'm S.O.L can someone help me out?

Just look at a pic of any hood damper on an S2000, you can see where they bolt up (using existing bolts).

You replace existing bolts with units supplied with the dampers. Contact the company that sold them and ask for the required hardware. Try an internet search for your brand.

you'll have short screws and long screws. the long screws go on the shock...the short screws go on the metal pole that comes out from the shock. when installed correctly, you can read the etching when standing on the side of the car.

should thay be tight the dampers to make the logos line up on the sideview?

They should look the same from both sides of the car.
