Default Peeling paint prob solved... i think?

well i finally got my S back and i would have to say that they did a great job. although i was practically crappin bricks cuz i thought they would never match the spa yellow pearl correctly, but they proved me wrong. i also got my windshield frame repainted because when i took the tape off the finish was scratched and discolored. now what i am afraid of is the peeling problem coming back! for those of you that have got it fixed, did the problem recur? BTW i got the service done at Penske Honda in Ontario. hehe now my hard top blends perfectly with the windsheild frame!

Wow, I've heard that yellow is the hardest to match.

Have any pics?

As long as the properly primed the frame before painting, you shouldn't have any problems, save the random rock kicked up from a truck.

DJ,
Did the dealer do it or did they farm it out?? Do you know what brand paint they used? Was it PPG? Best of all, now is the perfect time to start using Zaino on your new paint job.

I've heard that after a repaint, you want to wait at least a month to wax the area...at least that's what my body shop told me.
