How strong are these oem style cf lips? I really want to get one, but i'd be afraid that one rock hitting it, is going to make it crack.

Well, my wife just cracked mine yesterday. Hit a parking block as she was parking the vehicle. It was enough to split it. I bottomed out going up/down a few driveways and it was fine prior to this incident though.

Basically it`s going to crack if you hit anything with a bit of force (parking block, tire on the road, etc)

yeah that is what im afraid of, cuz once its cracked there goes 200 bucks. im pretty good about parking away from parking blocks and driveways, sometimes are basically impossible to not scrape, even at stock height. but on freeways im afraid about tires and stuff, seems like the lip wont last very long.

I've had mine for a couple of months at least and haven't even scraped it. I don't drive that much, im real careful, and my car is stock height. But i dont think it would snap unless you hit something or scrape it hard.
