Default Performance Driving tips ..... no more sessions available in the area this year

I checked with a few performance driving schools and unfortunately so far the spots had been taken, and the next available sessions in the area won't be until 2002, otherwise, its a little too far for me ........

So, I was hoping if someone can share a few important tips average driver should know about performance driving before get over excited with the car, not just S2000.

I think knowing the car's limit is the best way to be safe and enjoy the car.

I've heard braking is lesson one in a performance driving school ..... should we start from there ?

Any feedbacks appreciated, speed racers !

Did you check BSR at Summit Point. I know they have wait lists for the next few but I don't think they are fully booked up. Try:

I had a great (!) time there.

Have you checked out BSR Inc's Advanced Driver Training course at Summit Point? They are based out at the Point and also host the Fridays at the Track that many of us locals attend.

Rather than using (and possibly damaging) your car you'll toss the school's police package Caprices around. Having taken this course I highly recommend it.

From looking at their schedule, it looks as though they may still have openings for 9/10 and 11/12.

If no courses are available just go to your local AutoX event and get to know some of the more experienced drivers there. They will be more than willing to help
