Hi all,I have a uk(237 bhp)S2k.
I have just bought a Mugen header and titanium/SS exhaust system.....plus a Spoon sports ECU. I was planning on replacing the cat with a ss pipe as well.O I have also got a set of Tein RA dampers and springs!
The car will be used for hillclimbing,and track days.Anyone got any idea if removing the cat will give more power or not for me?

I also have the Mugen header and exhaust setup, so I am particularly interested in your impressions of the Spoon ECU. Did you have to send the stock ECU to Spoon for modification? Did you deal directly with Spoon?
There is a recent report from 1randyc claiming 7-8HP improvement from replacing the cat by a passthru pipe. You'll find it easily.
Please report also on the Tein shocks.
